1.1. Service Availability: All services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and other treatments, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
1.2. Pricing: Prices for our services are listed on our website and in-store. All prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts are time-limited and may have specific terms attached.
1.3. Booking and Appointments: To secure an appointment, customers must book in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Appointments may be made via phone, our website, or in person.
1.4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service booked.

3. Payment Terms

3.2. Refunds and Returns: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately, and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Refunds for retail products are only available for unopened, unused items returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
4. Gift Cards and Vouchers
4.1. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
